Catalogue Manager / E-commerce Head Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Catalogue Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in the fashion and apparel industry, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end fashion product catalogue operations, including product onboarding, listing creation, product descriptions, size charts, colour and size variants, product attributes, image management, and catalogue quality across multiple e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion products, garment terminology, fabric details, size specifications, styling, and marketplace catalogue requirements.

- Manage end-to-end catalogue creation and product listing for fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle categories.
- Create and maintain product listings across platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Prepare accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, fabric details, patterns, fit types, neck types, sleeve types, and other fashion-related attributes.
- Manage product variants, including size, colour, style, and design combinations.
- Ensure accurate size charts, measurement details, and product specifications for apparel categories.
- Coordinate with merchandising, design, photography, and warehouse teams for new product launches.
- Handle product image uploads and ensure images meet marketplace guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage product SKU creation, style codes, barcode mapping, and product categorization.
- Perform bulk product uploads and catalogue updates using MS Excel and marketplace templates.
- Monitor listing errors, rejected products, inactive listings, and catalogue suppression issues and resolve them within defined timelines.
- Ensure product information is consistent across all marketplaces.
- Conduct regular catalogue audits to identify missing attributes, incorrect product details, duplicate listings, and image mismatches.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve product visibility and search ranking.
- Maintain seasonal collections, new arrivals, sale products, and product launches.
- Prepare daily and monthly catalogue MIS reports and track catalogue performance.
- 4–5 years of experience in catalogue management within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion products such as men's wear, women's wear, ethnic wear, western wear, footwear, and accessories.
- Hands-on experience with Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, and other fashion marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of garment terminology, fabrics, prints, patterns, fits, necklines, sleeves, and garment measurements.
- Experience in managing size charts, colour variants, and product attributes.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data management.
- Knowledge of SKU management, style codes, barcode mapping, and product categorization.
- Understanding of product photography and marketplace image guidelines.
- Knowledge of SEO-based product content optimization.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with fashion industry experience will be preferred.
