Inside sales Executive Work time : 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Working days : Monday to Saturday Salary : 13000 to 15000 per month Femail candidate are preferable Work from office Key Responsibilities Manage E-commerce & Online Sales efficiently. Handle Lead Management & Conversion to drive business growth. Maintain accurate records through CRM and Reporting. Manage Customer Communication & Call Handling (calls, emails, and social media inquiries). Coordinate with Dealers and Partners to ensure smooth operations. ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, E-commerce Sales, CRM, or Customer Support. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam; additional regional languages are a plus. Comfortable handling e-commerce orders, phone calls, emails, and social media queries. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic e-commerce operations.
