Job Title Care Coordinator & Sales Executive Field Role (Kolkata) About CarePana CarePana provides elderly care management services including care coordination, assisted outings, companionship, emergency support, and institutional outreach for senior citizens. Key Requirements Minimum Class 12 pass (Graduates / higher education preferred) Valid driving license + own two-wheeler mandatory Good communication, empathetic and social personality Willingness for rotational on-call duty , including nights if required Comfortable with field work + service & sales coordination Key Responsibilities Visit senior citizens at home for care coordination and follow-ups Accompany seniors for doctor visits, hospital follow-ups, assisted outings Provide companionship and emotional support during visits Assist with bank visits, bill payments, paperwork, and coordination tasks Handle emergency coordination during assigned 24/7 on-call shifts Support sales & marketing outreach to hospitals, clinics, institutions Help generate leads and explain CarePana services to potential partners Role Clarification (Important) This role does NOT involve nursing duties or personal hygiene care such as bathing, toileting, diaper changing, or medical procedures. This is not an In-Home Attendant (Ayah) or Nurse role . The role focuses on care coordination, assisted support, companionship, and outreach , not physical caregiving.
