As dedicated Technical Documentation & Engineering Support role will streamline workflows, reduce turnaround times, and ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards. Must-Have (Non-Negotiable & Essential) Background in Electrical / Power Systems Engineering (degree or diploma). Ability to read and interpret SLDs, BOQs, and electrical documentation . Strong technical writing and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, accurate, structured mindset. Clear communication skills (translating technical content for stakeholders). Ability to work under deadlines and deliver within committed timeframes. Accountability in daily tasks , with documentation of completed and pending work. Worked on-site for testing & commissioning at least 1 year. Good-to-Have (Trainable / Valuable) Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawings. Exposure to risk assessments, method statements, compliance docs . Experience with task management tools (ClickUp or similar). Ability to use AI, macros, and automation tools for faster reporting and aligning with industry standard deadlines. Knowledge of industry standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA). Skills in dashboarding/visual reporting (Power BI, advanced Excel). Ability to create different document formats , including presentations for stakeholders. Ability to proactively set up meetings with field teams and technical stakeholders to clarify inputs. Ability to sample tasks, estimate time, commit to deadlines , and follow through reliably. Ability to summarize tasks completed, pending, and mitigation plans for meeting deadlines.
