We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end sales process, from the first interaction with the customer to successful deal closure. Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, and walk-in clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into sales. Manage price discussions and negotiations to close deals effectively. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or customer handling Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Roles & Responsibilities: ● Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents, including Letter of Intent (LOI), lease deeds, leave & license agreements, vendor contracts etc with the respective stakeholders. ● Coordinate with the leasing department to ensure all retailer documentation is complete and accurate before agreement execution. ● Registration of legal documents (e.g., Lease agreements, sale deeds) at the relevant Sub-Registrar's office, and coordination with external parties. ● Assist with title checks and due diligence for property acquisitions or development, preparing necessary land documents and reports. ● Act as a liaison between internal teams, external legal counsel, clients, and government authorities to facilitate smooth processes related to property and legal matters ● Draft and respond to legal notices as required Education: A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field is typically required. Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate environment, real estate sector (Mall/ Commercial Property), or a law firm specializing in property law. Skills: ● Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ● Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems. ● Strong understanding of contract, property, and commercial law. ● High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
