(A) Qualifications: · Should be B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D or equivalent from a recognized University. · Should have minimum of 1 - 3 years relevant teaching experience. · Should be able to deliver lectures both in English to the satisfaction of the students · Should have ability to take 5 classes a day each of one and a half hours duration. (B) Duties: · To report to the Head (Academics). · To deliver lecture as per the teaching methodology of Career Point · To deliver lectures covering all concepts as per the course curriculum manual. · To adhere to the schedule of turns as specified for each module. · To arrange “Problem Desk” in coordination with the Academic Assistant · To prepare and/or upgrade Daily Practice Problem Sheet (DPPS) and to send it to the computer section at least three days in advance. · To discuss and provide solution to DPPS/in chapter exercise/ test papers. · To record course progress for each course and each batch in the Course Progress Schedule with the Centre Director. · To prepare internal test papers (in English/Hindi or both, as required) for each class as per the test schedule and the course completion and submit them to the Academic Assistant at least 4 days in advance. · Final proof of the test paper is to be checked by the faculty member. · To carry out/ arrange for evaluation/ revaluation of answer scripts and to decide on the marking scheme etc. · Motivating the students throughout the course and generating confidence in them. · Maintaining discipline among the students in the class.
