Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with design/content teams to develop effective creatives and ad copies. Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and policy changes. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, performance tracking, and reporting tools. Experience with Google Ads Manager , Meta Business Suite , and Analytics tools . Basic knowledge of SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization is a plus.
