The primary responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing organizational policies. The HR Manager will also take an active role in performance management processes, training initiatives, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with various departments to align HR functions with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Labor Laws Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement Skills in HR Policy Creation, Compliance Management, and Organizational Development Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and data reporting tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive work environment
