Job Description

1. Career Guidance Workshops: - Conduct *free workshops and career guidance sessions in schools and colleges to promote Kaarlotraining programs. - Deliver engaging seminars on *career opportunities, *industry trends, and *skill development. 2. Relationship Building: - Build and maintain strong relationships with *principals, **placement officers, and **faculty membersto establish long-term partnerships. - Network with students to understand their career aspirations and provide tailored guidance. 3. Student Engagement Data Collection: - Collect *student dataduring campus visits and generate *direct leadsfor enrollment in Kaarlo's programs. - Follow up with students via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure their interest and participation. 4. Training Delivery: - Deliver *career development trainingprograms in areas like *Communication Skills, **Resume Building, and interview Preparation. - Use innovative training methodologies to cater to different learning styles. 5. Placement Support: - Assist in organizing *placement drivesand *campus interviewsfor trained students. - Provide *mock interviewsand *personalized feedbackto help students prepare for job opportunities.
