Role & responsibilities

• Connect with working professionals through marketing-generated leads.
• Understand clients career goals and requirements.
• Conduct counselling sessions and explain Prime Pathway’s services.
• Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
• Maintain lead records and updates in the CRM.
• Achieve sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Senior Consultants to ensure a smooth sales process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, career counselling, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in high-ticket sales or career counselling is an advantage.
