Career Counsellor

Role Overview
We are seeking highly driven and performance oriented professionals for the position of Career Counsellor and Senior Career Counsellor. The role demands individuals with proven experience in hardcore sales who possess strong consultative selling capabilities and the ability to convert high value leads into enrollments. This is a target intensive role suited for candidates who thrive in a structured, revenue focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and working professionals through telephonic and virtual consultations to understand their academic and career objectives. Provide structured counselling regarding courses, programs, and career pathways aligned with the candidates profile. Drive revenue generation by converting qualified leads into successful admissions. Maintain rigorous follow up mechanisms to ensure maximum conversion ratios. Handle objections professionally and close sales through persuasive communication and negotiation. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, pipeline status, and conversions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and student satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum experience of six months to five years in hardcore sales is mandatory. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Graduate degree from a recognized institution is required. Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing capabilities. High level of discipline, resilience, and result orientation.
