Job Description

We are looking for candidates with 0-3 year experience in education industry with pleasing personality. Saturday and Sunday compulsory working. One weekoff in between Monday to Friday. 9 Hrs shift. Female candidate will be preferred. Attend Walk-in Students and Explain About Various Courses Follow-up for conversion of inquiries into admission Set sales targets and define a strategy to achieve these targets and follow the set strategy punctually Exceed revenue targets by bringing in business that is in line with the company's goals Assist in planning and implementing special events and activities. Supervises the activities of subordinates. Oversee daily centre operations and coordinate centre activities through assigned staff Maintains direct contact with personnel of various outside organisations and university departments associated with centre projects. Supervise a team of counsellors and tele- caller Admin Developing new business & market opportunities.
