Role & responsibilities

• Connect with working professionals through leads generated by the marketing team.
• Understand prospects career backgrounds, goals, challenges, and professional requirements.
• Conduct effective counselling sessions and consultative sales conversations with prospective clients.
• Present Prime Pathways career services and solutions clearly, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally to help prospects make informed decisions.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call updates, and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Achieve individual counselling, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Senior Consultants and other relevant team members to facilitate the sales process.
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for prospects throughout the counselling and conversion journey.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in career counselling, sales, B2C sales, inside sales, education counselling, recruitment, or business development.
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong listening, counselling, and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Good objection-handling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales and revenue goals.
• Comfortable making calls and engaging in meaningful conversations with working professionals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in career counselling or selling high-ticket services will be an added advantage.
