We are seeking a skilled and motivated OET (Occupational English Test) Trainer to join our training team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality OET preparation classes to healthcare professionals, helping them achieve the English proficiency required for registration and employment in the UK healthcare sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching, exam preparation, and supporting nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals. Key Responsibilities Delivering engaging OET preparation classes (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking) Preparing lesson plans, resources, practice tasks, and mock exam materials Assessing students’ performance and providing personalised feedback Conducting speaking role-plays according to OET criteria Marking writing tasks using official OET descriptors Supporting learners with exam strategies and time management Tracking progress and maintaining accurate student records Using online tools and platforms for remote teaching (if applicable) Ensuring training content is aligned with the latest OET standards Requirements Strong knowledge of OET exam format (mandatory) Experience teaching OET, IELTS, PTE, or other English proficiency tests Excellent spoken and written English TESOL/TEFL/CELTA qualification (preferred but not essential) Background in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology (bonus) Confident teaching groups and one-to-one learners High level of professionalism, patience, and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends if needed) Benefits Competitive pay Flexible schedule (remote or hybrid options) Training resources provided Supportive teaching environment Opportunity to train healthcare staff from around the world Career progression into senior trainer or academic coordinator roles Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Contract length: 7 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
