Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to Bengali-speaking potential clients to promote Care Ratings credit rating services. Understand client needs and communicate the benefits of our credit rating solutions clearly. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule appointments for detailed discussions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team objectives. Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product offerings. Qualifications & Skills: Fluent in Bengali (spoken and written) is mandatory. Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in financial services or credit rating. Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset.
