As a Cards and Merchant Business Analyst (Senior Manager role) at Wipro, your responsibilities will include: - Proficiently understanding cards and merchant business processes and requirements and translating them into functional requirements across various products and technologies. - Demonstrating expertise in Transaction Authorization, Submission, Settlement, Reconciliation, Dispute, Chargeback, ISO8583 messages, EMV data processing, Credit Card, Prepaid Cards processing, and Request and Response Cryptogram. - Conducting business analyst tasks throughout SDLC phases utilizing AGILE methodology, encompassing requirements, specifications, test cases, and implementation. - Documenting and maintaining EPICs, Use Stories, Functional Design, and System Specification. - Collaborating with business teams, colleagues, third-party vendors, and partner systems to develop detailed requirements. - Interpreting user requirements and producing comprehensive documentation for technical and test teams. - Generating high-level and detailed impact assessments for work packages. - Drafting, analyzing, and reviewing high-level test scenarios. - Participating in the analysis and investigation of Production defects and Testing issues during the project life cycle. - Conducting walkthroughs with Business Operations teams to present detailed requirements and technical designs for solution demonstration. - Promoting best practices in solution development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-efficient system solutions. - Providing knowledge sharing and training activities as needed. Skills required for this role include: - Comprehensive understanding of Cards systems, e2e flows, merchant systems, and e2e flows for various processes. - Proficiency in V+, ACI Acquirer Management System, Fiserv, and ability to drive RFPs, provide solutions, and demonstrate practice credentials. - Excellent communication skills, leadership in domain discussions, and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and business sponsors to achieve consensus. - A drive for reinvention and a passion for constant evolution in a dynamic business environment.
