About The Role You’ll be part of the clinical engine that powers everything we do. Using our cloud platform Beatbox, you’ll analyse and report on ECGs, Holters and BP studies — ensuring clinicians receive fast, accurate and actionable data when it matters most. You’ll collaborate with Cardiologists, join weekly lunch-and-learns, contribute to quality initiatives, support training, and help us continuously raise the bar on clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Analysing ECG, Holter and BP data with accuracy and clinical judgement Providing preliminary findings and identifying key rhythm events Allocating incoming studies and managing workflows via Beatbox Ensuring SLA timeframes are met without compromising quality Supporting clinical and operational queries Contributing to QA, training and continuous service improvement Engaging in ongoing education and collaborative case discussions Every report you touch contributes to faster, better patient care. About You Must-haves ~1–2 years in ECG/Holter reporting or cardiac analysis Strong grasp of rhythms, terminology and cardiac physiology High attention to detail — accuracy is your superpower Excellent communication and organisational skills Degree in Science, Physiology or related field Ability to manage timeframes and work independently Nice-to-haves CCT certification (or working toward it) CSANZ membership/affiliation Previous experience in diagnostics or MedTech Above all, you’re someone who shows initiative, loves learning, and thrives in a team that values quality and collaboration.
