Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Policy Research Fellow - Sustainability role located in New Delhi. The role involves leading comprehensive policy research initiatives focused on sustainability and climate solutions, analyzing industry trends, and developing actionable strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for producing well-reasoned policy briefs, collaborating with experts, and effectively communicating research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications Strong expertise in Policy Research and Economics with a focus on sustainability and climate-related themes. Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and formulating impactful insights. Proficiency in Research methodologies, with the ability to synthesize complex information efficiently. Excellent Communication skills to present research findings clearly to diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members. Master’s or higher degree in Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience working on sustainability initiatives or within climate-focused organizations is a strong advantage.
