Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Dealer & Distributor Appointment Industry: Packaged Drinking Water Location: [Dhanbad / Jharkhand Job Description We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our packaged drinking water business. The candidate will be responsible for appointing dealers and distributors, generating primary sales, and developing new market areas. Key Responsibilities Identify and appoint dealers, distributors, and retail outlets Promote packaged drinking water products in assigned territory Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct regular market visits and area surveys Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors Ensure proper product placement and availability in the market Collect market feedback, competitor information, and pricing data Coordinate with logistics and office team for smooth supply Candidate Requirements Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Experience in FMCG / packaged drinking water / beverage sales preferred Freshers with strong communication skills can apply Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills Willingness to work in the field daily Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Performance-based growth opportunities Travel allowance (as per company policy)
