Responsibilities Ensure proper quote package verification (contract to vendor quotes to erp updations) • Ensure the vendor is properly vetted (evaluated and onboarded) before proceeding for Purchase approvals. • Perform comparative analysis (when required), and negotiate best possible pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules. • Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely confirmation, shipping updates, and delivery tracking. • Monitor supplier performance and maintain long-term vendor relationships. • Ensure different lead time vendors on a project, are cordinated in such a way that, the deliveries are happening around the same time with least fund exposure in the market. • Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and stock availability. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data in ERP systems and requested places. • Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality check concerns. • Ensure requested reports are generated and submitted on time. • Candidate must have the ability to collect and analyze data to propose solutions to department related problems • Strictly comply with company policies and procedures.
