Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site UI/UX Trainer based in Sadar. The primary responsibility of the UI/UX Trainer will be to design and deliver comprehensive training sessions in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts, tools, and methodologies. This role involves creating training materials, mentoring trainees, evaluating their progress, and ensuring a high standard of learning outcomes. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the training aligns with current industry standards and emerging trends while equipping participants with practical and impactful skills. Qualifications Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch; understanding of wireframing and prototyping techniques. Strong knowledge of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design methodologies. Ability to develop training content, deliver workshops, and provide clear instructions for participants of varying experience levels. Experience in user research, usability testing, and gathering design feedback to inform best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex design concepts. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Prior experience as a trainer or educator in the UI/UX domain is preferred. Adaptability to different learning styles and a passion for mentoring aspiring designers.
