1. Manage office front-desk in the most professional manner 2. Greet guests/ visitors coming to office & maintain visitor's record 3. Attend phone calls, respond & transfer to appropriate department/ location 4. Maintain important office records/ files 5. Manage stationery items in the office and replenish the same on regular basis 6. Handle outbound courier as well as inter-office couriers and maintain records 7.
