Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Die Maker. The Die Maker will be responsible for designing, constructing, and repairing dies, tools, and related parts used in manufacturing processes. Tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, working with various materials, and ensuring precision and quality in all die making activities. The role requires a strong understanding of machining and tooling processes, as well as adherence to safety and quality standards. While the role is based in Udaipur, some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Proficiency in designing, constructing, and repairing dies and tools Strong skills in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Experience with machining and tooling processes Attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality Ability to adhere to safety and quality standards Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Relevant certifications or a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool and Die Making, or a related field
