Positions - Service engineer - Solar Total Requirements - 10 Location we are hiring for - Patna, Lucknow, Delhi, Chandigarh, Guwahati. Key Responsibilities: Install, test, and commission solar PV systems (rooftop or ground-mounted). Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems and associated equipment (inverters, batteries, charge controllers, etc.). Conduct performance monitoring and troubleshoot technical issues promptly. Ensure system efficiency, electrical safety, and compliance with technical standards. Maintain service logs, installation reports, and documentation. Coordinate with project and design teams for site readiness and technical support. Provide technical assistance and training to clients and on-site personnel. Inspect and verify wiring, connections, and grounding for quality and safety. Support in warranty claims, component replacements, and upgrades. Ensure adherence to company safety and quality protocols during all field activities. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions. Sound understanding of electrical wiring, load management, and system protection. Good troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel to project and client sites.
