Job Profile

We are looking for a creative and organized Canva Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to handle basic graphic designing, social media scheduling, post management, and lead management for AV Motors Pro X.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic Designing: Create social media posts, promotional creatives, banners, offers, and marketing materials using Canva.
• Social Media Management: Schedule posts, manage social media accounts, and maintain a regular posting calendar.
• Content Management: Prepare captions, hashtags, and basic content for social media posts.
• Lead Management: Monitor incoming leads, maintain lead records in Excel or Google Sheets, and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Enquiry Coordination: Track customer enquiries from social media and digital campaigns and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Marketing Support: Assist with promotional campaigns, offers, vehicle launches, and dealership activities.
• Reporting: Maintain basic reports for posts published, enquiries received, and leads followed up.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic designing.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of post scheduling and social media management.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for maintaining lead records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Freshers with relevant skills and experience candidates can apply.
• Candidates with dealership, automobile, or digital marketing experience will be preferred.
• Should be creative, responsible, and well-organized.
