Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team on a short-term Data Entry & MIS Documentation project. This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers and operational records. You will be responsible for converting handwritten operational/financial data from physical notes into structured Excel formats on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include: I. Data Recording & Documentation: Accurately enter daily MIS and financial transaction data from physical notes into standardized Excel templates. Ensure completeness of daily entries (dates, amounts, categories, remarks, approvals, etc.) and flag any missing information. Maintain version-controlled records and ensure data is stored, named, and backed up in an organized manner. II. Quality Control & Compliance: Cross-check entries against source registers to eliminate typing errors and numeric mismatches. Identify inconsistencies or abnormal values (missing bills, duplicate line items, unusual cash movements) and escalate for review. Follow internal documentation standards so that records are audit-ready and traceable. III.
