About the job: We're seeking a talented AI automation engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our specialized AI automation Agency. Key responsibilities: 1. Scrape data from web sources, build workflows to identify qualifying leads, enrich people and company data, and run outreach campaigns 2. Build tools and workflows using no-code/low-code platforms to automate recruiting operations for global clients and internal purposes 3. Audit data and workflows to ensure data quality and accuracy 4. Set up cold outreach infrastructure for email and LinkedIn 5. Organise unstructured data and manual workflows into structured output, templates, and processes. There will be a lot of moving parts. If only you enjoy solving chaos and thrive in identifying gaps to build systems and processes, while getting your hands dirty, you'll excel in this role. This is not a fancy role. We build automated workflows using AI, but the effort and maintenance that goes behind it is manual. Location: This is a remote job; however, candidates from Delhi/NCR will be preferred. Strong understanding of structured systems, processes, workflow architecture, and data architecture. 4. Ability to design and implement AI-powered automations that solve real business problems. 5. Capability to think systematically and solve complex problems through automation. 6. Clay experience is a plus (not required - mentorship available). 7. Have hands-on experience in software engineering (any language, but important building front-end, back-end, and working with APIs/ webhooks and databases. 8. Have had exposure to pursuing education outside India or worked directly with international clients. 9. Articulate, structured thought process and native English spoken, written, and communication skills. 10. You have high integrity and work ethic. You thrive working and collaborating remotely.
