Our brand The Camel Bar is building a powerful social presence that speaks directly to modern skincare lovers across India. We are looking for a female content creator who can be the face of our brand and take full responsibility for our social media growth. Key Responsibilities Create viral video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Be the on-camera face of the brand for product demos, skincare routines, tutorials, testimonials, etc. Plan and execute content calendars with consistency and creativity Stay updated on trends, audio, and formats that perform on social media Take ownership of growing and managing our social handles: Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaigns and launches Edit videos using tools like InShot, CapCut, or Canva Develop community engagement by interacting with followers and creating relatable content Requirements Female candidates only (due to on-camera presence and brand persona) 1–2 years of proven experience in content creation or social media Confident in front of the camera with good communication skills Must have a good sense of viral formats, hooks, and trends Basic video editing and content planning skills Strong ownership and accountability towards brand growth Passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness Must be able to work from our Karapakkam office regularly What We Offer Opportunity to build a powerful skincare brand from the ground up Creative freedom and leadership in content direction Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Access to premium skincare products and early samples A collaborative, growth-driven work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Karapakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
