We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Associate, Business Development to support the growth of our Cambridge store at Kochi. The role involves driving in-store sales, building customer relationships, identifying local business opportunities, and supporting retail operations. Associate, Business Development External Role: Business Development Manager Job Description: ● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential corporate clients, institutions, and retail partnerships in and around Kochi. ● Building Relationships: Servicing existing retail customers (Stores) & Building new customers (Stores) ● Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and account management. ● Market Mapping: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity. ● CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel. ● Corporate Gifting Opportunities: Explore and convert opportunities in corporate gifting and sustainable uniform solutions. ● Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Candidate Profile: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ● Freshers or experienced candidates may apply with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales (experience in apparel, uniforms, or corporate gifting is a plus). ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred). ● Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a strong advantage. ● Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added benefit. ● Must be based in Kochi.
