Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers, address their queries, and resolve issues efficiently. Make outbound calls to promote products/services to potential clients. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment. Strong communication skills for handling inbound/outbound calls effectively. Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (6 PM - 3 AM) and weekends off.
