CAITS Building Contracting offers a comprehensive range of services, such as electrical contracting, building automation, IT networking, and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems, catering to the diverse needs of both residential and commercial sectors. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Project Manager located in Kochi. The Project Manager will oversee and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet organizational goals and requirements. Daily tasks include project planning, resource allocation, team management, and communication with stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to implement technology solutions, tracking project progress, and resolving any technical issues that arise. Qualifications Strong Program Management and Project Planning skills Proficiency in Information Technology and Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in coordinating with various departments and managing teams Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field PMP or similar project management certification is a plus Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in the corporate technology solutions sector is desirable
