Our goal is to elevate your dining experiences and optimize hospitality services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rupnagar for an Assistant Manager at Cafe Backyard. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and coordinating with the kitchen team. The role also involves maintaining operational standards, assisting with marketing activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to optimize the overall guest experience. Qualifications Experience in team management, staff scheduling, and customer service Knowledge in inventory management and supply chain coordination Operational expertise in restaurant management and compliance monitoring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
