Lead Generation: Generate and qualify student leads from workshop attendees and campus events. Market Research: Gather feedback and intelligence on current college curriculum gaps and training needs to help refine our course offerings. Qualifications & Experience Experience: Proven background in Sales , with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience that includes a combination of Field Sales and Inside Sales . Experience in the education or training sector is a strong plus. Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge: Familiarity with the structure and functioning of educational institutions (colleges, universities). Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Mandatory: Must be willing and able to travel frequently for business development activities.
