Job title : ACCOUNTANT SOFTWARE TRAINER Job summary : We are seeking an expereinced accountant software trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for accounting professionals on various accounting software , such as TALLY , QUICK BOOKS , SAP or others . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experince in training adults. Key responsibilities : Design and deliver training programs : Createand deliver engaging training sessions onaccounting software , covering topics such as financial reporting , budgeting,and compliance . Assess training needs : Identify the training needs of accounting professionals and develop customized training programs to meet those needs . Develop training materials : Create comprehensive training materials , including manuals , guides, and tutorials. Conduct hands -on training : Provide hands-on training to participants ensuring they gain practical experience with the software. Evaluate training effectiveness : Assess the effectiveness of training programs gather feedback from participants to improve future training sessions . Stay up-to-date with software updates : Stay current with the latest software updates , features, and best practices to ensure training programs are relevent and effective . REQUIREMENTS : Accounting background : Bachelors degree in accounting or related field . Software expertise : proficiency in one or more accounting software, such as TALLY, QUICKBOOKS , SAP or others . Training experience : Experience in training adults,preferably in an accounting or finance setting . Communication skills : Excellent communication , interpersonal and presentation skills. Patience and adaptability : Ability to work with participants of varying skill levels and adapt training style to meet individual needs .
