Hiring: Associate Product Manager (Remote) Company: Cadient Location: Remote (India) Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST Compensation: ₹7 LPA base + ₹2 LPA variable Experience: 1–2 years Start: ASAP About the Role We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and scale an AI-driven recruiting platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and US-based stakeholders to define product requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive execution in an Agile environment. What You’ll Do Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Work closely with engineering in Agile/Scrum sprints Collaborate with US stakeholders on requirements, demos, and updates Track product performance using analytics tools What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of product management experience (SaaS preferred) Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Experience with JIRA/Confluence and product analytics tools Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations Excellent communication skills and comfort working US hours Why Join Us Build a product from the ground up Work at the intersection of AI and recruiting technology High ownership, fast learning, real impact Interested?
