CAD and 3D modeling professional

You will be joining Audisee as a CAD & 3D Modeling Designer, where your primary responsibility will be to produce detailed 2D drawings and high-quality 3D models for home theatre systems, media rooms, and luxury cinematic interiors. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, AV engineers, interior designers, and clients to ensure that each space is visually stunning and technically sound. Your key responsibilities will include creating detailed CAD drawings for the construction and installation of home theatre and entertainment spaces, developing accurate 3D models and renderings for client presentations, integrating audio-visual systems with architectural plans, translating client requirements into design concepts, ensuring designs comply with architectural standards and building codes, updating project files and documentation, and assisting in site surveys during execution. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other industry-standard design software. A strong knowledge of architectural drawing standards, interior design principles, and experience with 3D rendering tools such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape is essential. Your portfolio should showcase 3D visualizations and CAD work in residential or luxury spaces, with home theatre experience being preferred. Additionally, you should have the ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and AV schematics, along with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
