We are looking for a CA Semi-Qualified Paid Assistant (Audit Profile) with 0–3 years of experience to join our team.
The candidate will assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and related assurance assignments. Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in Statutory Audit engagements under Indian GAAP and International GAAP
- Supporting Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and Management Audit assignments
- Assisting in Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) engagements
- Supporting Special Purpose Financial Statements audits
- Assisting in Internal Financial Controls (IFC) implementation, walkthroughs, and testing
- Supporting comprehensive financial and accounting due diligence assignments
- Preparing audit working papers, audit documentation, and audit reports
- Performing reconciliations, analytical procedures, and verification of financial information
- Preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and supporting schedules
- Coordinating with clients for timely receipt of information and completion of assignments
- Researching applicable auditing standards, laws, and regulatory updates
Requirements
- CA Inter / CA Semi-Qualified
- 0–3 years of experience in audit, accounting, or taxation
- Good understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Indian GAAP; exposure to International GAAP will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, and TDS
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/audit software
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned work
