Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time on-site basis in Gurugram (Delhi-NCR) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical support , troubleshooting desktop systems , network devices , and ensuring seamless day-to-day help desk operations . Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1/2 technical support to users onsite Troubleshoot issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals Manage and support network connectivity and basic configuration of routers/switches Support OS installation, configuration, and upgrades Handle Active Directory tasks such as user creation, permission management, etc. Perform asset management and maintain inventory records Use tools such as ServiceNow to manage and resolve IT tickets Support AutoPilot deployment and imaging of systems Manage DNS-related configurations and troubleshooting Ensure timely issue resolution and escalate complex problems when necessary Required Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting Solid understanding of desktop systems , Windows OS , and basic networking Hands-on experience with: Active Directory AutoPilot DNS configuration ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools User account management IT asset tracking Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a proactive approach Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (On-site), 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ( On-site), 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM,
