Job Overview: The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the detailing center, managing the team, ensuring top-quality service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly sales and operational targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the detailing studio. Manage a team of detailers, technicians, and support staff — assign tasks and monitor performance. Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and ensure excellent service experience. Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure high-quality standards. Maintain inventory of detailing products, tools, and materials; ensure timely reordering. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies (in coordination with management). Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained across the studio. Prepare daily and monthly reports on operations, sales, and expenses. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners as needed.
