Role & Responsibility: Job Description: • Developing and executing strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. • Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of all accounts receivable transactions. • Ensuring timely payments, following up on overdue invoices and resolving with customers, if required by visiting them. • Generating reports on AR performance, aging reports & forecasts. • Issuing interest debit note to customer. • Reviewing customer balance sheet. • Support in banking work and trade team. • Monitor shortage, Pending Qty lifting & File closing status. • Monitor insurance claim regards to material. • Preparing projected weekly cash flow statement. • Verifying & signing credit note to customer & recovery from transporter. • Verifying & signing vouchers for on a/c payments for material purchased. • Verifying import remittance profit/loss reports received from accounts team & Tracking Pending adjustments. • Verifying & signing storage bills. • Verify & signing customer refunds for excess balance. • Verifying & signing advance customer payments & signing. • Verifying & signing LC negotiation documents. Job requirements: • Educational Qualification: B Com. /M.com. /Post graduate/Masters and Inter CA or CA will be an added advantage. • [5-10+] years of post-qualification experience, preferably with at least 2-3 years in a similar financial leadership role. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
