About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Generate and maintain graduate data by identifying and compiling a database of 2025 graduates from various sources 2. Engage and connect with students via calls, emails, social platforms, and other channels to introduce career-enhancing opportunities 3. Counsel and guide students by addressing their concerns and aligning them with the right training path 4. Drive enrolment by encouraging students to join Bytecode Trainings' Internship Program through explanation of benefits and growth opportunities 5. Coordinate and support applicants throughout the enrollment process and ensure smooth onboarding Requirements: 1. Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and explain career opportunities effectively 2. Show passion for mentorship and a keen interest in guiding freshers towards successful tech careers 3. Apply persuasion and outreach skills, with experience in student counseling, recruitment, sales, or education outreach considered a plus 4. Utilize a tech-savvy approach with familiarity in Excel, CRM tools, email marketing, and LinkedIn engagement strategies 5.
