Client: Emerson Location: Pune (Shivajinagar) Experience: 7–9 Years Notice Period: Immediate / Serving NP (max 15 days) Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary Emerson is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect with strong experience in cloud-native architecture and microservices development . The role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions using Azure, NodeJS, and C# .NET Core . You will work in a SAFe Agile environment , collaborate with global teams, and contribute to strategic digitization initiatives involving modern cloud and AI/ML technologies. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design Design robust, scalable, secure Azure cloud architectures Translate business requirements into technical solutions (applications, data, IAM) Lead architecture and design for cloud-native and modernization projects Define and document architecture standards, diagrams, and best practices Integrate new applications and modernize existing workloads using cloud-native patterns Development & Technology Hands-on delivery of NodeJS/NestJS and C# .NET Core microservices Design n-tier SOA and microservices architectures using Saga, CQRS, event-driven patterns Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling Containerized application development using Docker and Kubernetes Security, Performance & Optimization Ensure application security, compliance, and identity management Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity Analyze cloud usage and implement cost optimization strategies Leadership & Collaboration Act as SME and technical leader Mentor team members and conduct architecture/design reviews Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, QA, and Security teams Enforce best practices and continuous improvement Required Qualifications BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics 7–9 years total experience with 2–3 years as Technical Architect Led at least one Azure cloud-native project Strong experience with Docker & Kubernetes Microservices architecture, SOA, design patterns Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, WebSockets, SSE Backend: C#, .NET Core, NodeJS/NestJS, REST APIs, EF, Dapper Databases: PostgreSQL, NoSQL Security: OAuth 2.0, Okta Code Quality & Security Tools: SonarCloud, Blackduck, AquaSec, Coverity Exposure to GenAI & GitHub Copilot
