Test and analyse compost & diseased samples of mushroom growers prepare & sell quality mushroom, spawn, pasteurised compost, casing material etc for commercial growing of mushrooms in the area. CONTRACT FARMING FIELD OFFICERS & FARM SUPERVISORS: Who can act as the primary liaison between the company and its network of farmers, ensuring smooth operations, providing technical support and training, collaborating, farmer support, and quality control under contract agreements. Can develop the storm base of farmers can arrange land for contract farming with a long-term contract/Agreement. Can ensure by contorting adherence to the contract's quality standards and production protocols of the company, by handling grievances related to quality concerns by conducting regular farm visits and inspections to monitor crop conditions, growth rates, resource usage (e.g., irrigation, fertilisers), and overall farm management. CURRICULUM, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Having a minimum 5-10 years of experience a degree in a relevant field such as Agriculture , Agronomy, etc. Who can plan the things to achieve the company's goal. With a friendly attitude, ensure farmer engagement and onboarding for future procurement through contract farming of agricultural products, conducting periodic harvesting, and maximising crop yield and quality by balancing demand and supply. AGRONOMIST, AGRICULTURALIST: Apply only those with experience in Crop and soil assessment, sustainable practices, Research, and Development. You shall provide expert advice to farmers on a range of topics, including crop management, organic farming. Can support the company in crop-specific organic fertiliser developed using biotechnology, nanotechnology, and chemical engineering to boost yields, improve soil health, and reduce water usage in one sustainable solution. CURRICULUM, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Having a minimum 5-10 years of experience a degree in a relevant field such as Agriculture , Agronomy, soil science, or crop science, the curriculum includes coursework in the development of production protocols with plant physiology, soil fertility, pest management, and agro ecology for the company farming activities & goals.
