I think it's your staff outsourced to Nimhans, G4 counter 1. She is so rude, very unprofessional, patients are not begging for medicine that she must understand. So arrogant, chit chats, on phone d make 20 patients in the line, and she bangs the table, I was scared... Please teach professionalism to her thanks.
