About the job: Role: Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B) Key Responsibilities: 1. Corporate tie-ups, agents tie-ups, factories, IT sectors, fertilizers, real estate etc. 2. Acquisition of new clients 3. New marketing strategies 4. Lead generation by own 5. Reach the monthly sales target 6. Strong negotiation skills 7. Provides the highest customer service excellence 8. Willingness to work as an individual and in a group 9. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints 10. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies 11. Building and maintaining a CRM database 12. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Requirements: 1. Strong verbal and written communicator 2. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs 4. Two-wheeler mandatory Note: 1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience 2. Qualification: Any degree / postgraduate 3. Pay scale: INR 2,80,000 - 3,40,000 pa (based on location) + incentives 4.
