Key Responsibilities: Functional Support - Provide hands-on SAP functional support across P2P, R2R, and finance modules (AP, GL, MM). Validate data migration, vendor master, open POs, and invoice reconciliations between legacy and SAP systems. Coordinate Go-Live readiness, Hypercare, and post-stabilization support activities. Monitor daily transactions and ensure adherence to business rules and configured workflows. Serve as the first point of contact for end-user queries and troubleshoot functional issues. Support month-end close, data validation, and report accuracy checks. Technical Coordination - Collaborate with SAP technical and Basis teams for configuration, troubleshooting, and patch management. Monitor system performance, batch jobs, and integration points with third-party systems. Log and track incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes. Support security and authorization controls, backups, and transport management. Training & Documentation - Develop user guides, FAQs and quick reference materials. Conduct refresher training sessions for end-users and onboard new employees. Maintain updated SOPs, process documentation, and improvement logs. Process Optimization - Identify process gaps and recommend automation or simplification opportunities. Partner with business owners to streamline workflows and ensure compliance. Analyze recurring issues and implement preventive solutions. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Finance, Procurement, or SAP technical support roles. Strong understanding of SAP FI, MM and AP/GL modules. Proven expertise in post-implementation stabilization and user support. Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
