JOB DESCRIPTION : MANAGER: we Buttons Group ( 20+Retail chain stores ) are looking for an experienced Store Manager for Our Thiruthuraipoondi, Gingee, Uthukkotai, Gummidipoondi , Arcor & Arani Stores. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Sales Performance: Set sales goals and motivate the team to meet and exceed these targets. Implement strategies to drive store sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience by training staff on excellent service standards and handling customer issues promptly and effectively. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store associates. Foster a positive work environment and ensure team members are engaged and productive. Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate product displays. Compliance and Safety: Maintain store compliance with company policies and local regulations, including health and safety standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail POS systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
