We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect cum Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Salesforce with strong leadership and project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: o Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Automotive Cloud. o Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and Salesforce best practices. o Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms, including Heroku. Project Management: o Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. o Collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, and mitigate risks. o Drive Agile/Waterfall methodologies and maintain project documentation.
