Have to write down full information before interview which is unnecessary to gather. Interviewer were not clear on the job description role and asked irrelevant questions - wasting 3 hrs of time.

- Not giving Quality service to Customer as per their high service charges....
- Management need to train their employee how to behave with Customer as from Junior to till upper management does not have sense
