Location: Raipur Duration: 3–6 Months Type: Internship (Full-time) Reporting To: Incubation Center Head / Founder / CEO About: BusinessGarh is a startup incubation and acceleration hub that supports early-stage startups through mentorship, ecosystem partnerships, funding access, and capacity-building programs. We work closely with founders, industry experts, institutions, and investors to build scalable ventures. Role Overview The Founder’s Office Associate Intern will work directly with the leadership team of the incubation center. This role offers exposure to startup strategy, operations, partnerships, and ecosystem building. The intern will support high-impact initiatives, startup programs, and day-to-day operations across the incubation center. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Founder’s Office Support • Assist the Founder/Center Head in strategic planning and execution • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal notes • Track OKRs, action items, and follow-ups from leadership meetings Startup & Incubation Operations • Coordinate with incubated startups on documentation, onboarding, and reviews • Support incubation and acceleration programs (cohorts, demo days, bootcamps) • Maintain startup databases, mentor lists, and program trackers Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement • Support partnerships with corporates, institutions, mentors, and investors • Assist in drafting MoUs, proposals, and collaboration notes • Coordinate meetings, events, and ecosystem interactions Events & Programs • Assist in planning and execution of workshops, hackathons, pitch days, and networking events • Coordinate logistics, communication, and post-event reporting Research & Insights • Conduct market, industry, and startup ecosystem research • Support grant, funding, and government scheme research • Prepare briefs on incubation best practices and competitor ecosystems Eligibility & Qualifications • Pursuing or completed MBA / Entrepreneurship or related fields • Strong interest in startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Prior experience with startups, E-Cells, incubators, or accelerators • Basic understanding of business models and fundraising • Data analysis or reporting skills • Event management or community-building experience What You’ll Gain • Hands-on exposure to startup incubation and founder-level decision-making • Direct mentorship from incubation leadership • Opportunity to work closely with startup founders and ecosystem leaders • Certificate, Letter of Recommendation, and potential PPO (based on performance)
